Při této knize js m se opravdu bavila , plakala i se smála. Knihu určitě ještě několikrát přečtu a budu si kupovat další díly.

Ak hľadáte príbeh, ktorý je ťažké zvládnuť na jedno posedenie, ale napriek počtu strán vás ani riadok nebude nudiť, rozhodne siahnite po tejto knihe. Veci, ktoré v nás ostanú navždy som dočítala ešte cez víkend a stále mi hlavné postavy rezonujú v mysli. Neviem sa ich zbaviť. Dobiedzajú a vyžadujú si moju pozornosť. Ak by na mňa z poličky nevykrikovali knižky, ktoré čakajú na prečítanie a moja súkromná Narnia(skriňa plná kníh)na mňa nehúkala ako amplióny pri skúške sirén,určite by som si dala re-reading hneď po dočítaní poslednej stránky. Žiaľ, myslím že na pár mesiacov knižku odložím na poličku k prečítaným knihám, ale určite, určite sa k nej vrátim. Hlavné postavy sú úúúžasné! Uhundraný Knox s obrovským srdcom a Naomi, večne zachraňujúca svoje nepodarené identnické dvojča. Príbeh srší humorom, iskrením medzi hlavnými postavami, no to nie je všetko… ja milujem príbehy z prostredia malých miest v Amerike. Obyvatelia sú tak neskutočne priateľskí, súdržní a aj prišelcov medzi seba príjmu bez predsudkov. Podajú pomocnú ruku, vypočujú si, poradia… hej, hej, sú to len fiktívne príbehy, ale presne takúto atmosféru spolupatričnosti v knihách zbožňujem. Celé je to dotvorené postavami a rôznymi situáciami- humornými aj vážnejšími. Veľmi sa mi páčilo, že postava malej Waylay nebola iba doplnková, ale plnohodnotne sa podieľala na deji. A to pozdravenie HEJ,WAY :D skvelé! Keďže Tina je problémová žena,bolo od začiatku jasné, že zanechanie svojho dieťaťa sestre nie je to jediné, čo Naomi skomplikuje život. Táto dramatická zápletka síce bola trochu predvídateľná, ale nemyslím si,že by to nejako uškodilo. Veľmi sa mi páčil náčelník polície a dúfala som nejakú zápletku aj s touto postavou. Nestalo sa, ale aj tak je to presne taký príbeh aký chcete čítať. Čakala som tiež,že Naomino tajomstvo bude niečo oveľa závažnejšie. Zažiť to ale určite nechce žiadna žena. Nakoľko ide o sériu dúfam, že všetky knihy budú rovnako hrubé a rovnako dobré, ak nie lepšie.

Kniha byla super. Byla čtivá, dobrý děj a překvapivá zápletka, kterou jsem nečekala. Městečko Knockemout může být váš druhý Woodshill od Mony Kasten. - skvělý bad boy starostlivý hrdina - hrdinka co miluje plánování, ale život jí plán překazí - detektivní zápletka navíc - skvělé prostředí - úžasné vedlejší postavy - čtivost!!! Sečteno a podtrženo dlouho mě žádná romantika nebavila tak moc! Rozhodně Doporučuji!

Our protagonists- Nash and Lina - lovingly dubbed as Angel and Hotshot, are both struggling with life defining adversity experienced in their youth, and some in not so distant past. There is so much emotion, intrigue, suspense and humor - Things We Hide From The Light is absolutely positively exquisite! The vulnerability Nash and Lina (ever so reluctantly) share with each other, Knox and Naomi’s wedding, and the emotional depths of all of the supporting cast - nobody, and I mean NOBODY portrays a small town as masterfully as Lucy Score does! I think creating communities, and portraying interpersonal relationships is her superpower!!!! “You are not your father, hotshot. And I am not some unhealthy habit that needs to be kicked. We are all very different people from the ones who made us. You didn’t turn to me to numb yourself to the pain. You turned to me to remember what felt good. To give yourself a reason to fight through the pain”. I read this book in one sitting, it’s simply unputdownable. I cried, I laughed, I was on the edge of my seat and I felt those deep emotions as if I was experiencing them myself. Once again the author gives us a lovable rescue dog, meddling neighbors, small town shenanigans and an EPIC love story with guaranteed HEA. Things We Left Behind is the perfect closure to the phenomenal series, and in my opinion is Lucy Score’s best work to date!! The author’s ability to reach her audience on such a deep emotional level never seizes to amaze me, and it will certainly not be the same scene for everyone, but that profound soul-stirring connection will occur. My heart was aching for the protagonists in so many different ways, yet I was laughing out loud in the next chapter at the snarky banter between Lucian and his “Pixie”. In this third, and last, installment of the series we get to catch up with our favorite Knockemout residents, get a glimpse at the future of all beloved characters, and most importantly - accompany Lucian and Sloane on their life long journey into their HEA. The story is told in dual point of view and we see many flashbacks to Sloane’s and Lucian’s formative years, where events took place that would forever alter the future they once dreamed for themselves, and will set the tone for their adult interactions. Family and community plays an integral part in this captivating story, and the incredible cast of secondary characters draws you into the midst of the plot and makes you feel a part of the extended family. Lucian and Sloane find their way to forever love at last; and as danger lurks around the interwoven suspense element unravels in a dramatic conclusion of events, and the most epic HEA! “And for the first time in my life, I felt like the hero instead of the villain”. Things We Left Behind was simply unputdownable for me, and I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone who enjoys superb story telling.

Things We Never Got Over introduces us to a small town in Virginia - Knockemout, and it’s eclectic mix of residents. In true Lucy Score fashion, the author masterfully created yet another quirky community that I absolutely adored. Our protagonists, Naomi and Knox, as well as the dynamic cast of secondary characters are sure to immediately capture your heart. The story is mainly enemies to lovers, with a bit of a mistaken identity but most importantly it’s about taking chances and being brave when love comes calling. This book has all the hallmarks of a perfect romcom - love, swoon, steam, intrigue, grumpy hero and sunshine heroine, meddling, well meaning friends snd guaranteed HEA. I definitely recommend Things We Never Got Over to all romcom enthusiasts!
