The principles and issues expressed in the book can be applied to many areas of public administration and public policy and are not restrictive. The book is intentionally written in an easy-to-understand format and language. The intention is to give a very broad and introductory overview of the workings of public administration and public policy, particularly using as an example a young and upcoming country on the move.
