Kdysi jsme se o Canterburských povídkách okrajově učili na střední škole. Ale proč nám nikdo neřekl o tak vytříbeném anglickém humoru? Košilatých scének je v knize spousta a kritiku církve a manželství cítíte na každé stránce! Chaucer byl velmi odvážný muž, když toto ve své době napsal!
