Having self-love is one of the best things to ever have for ourselves. Learning to love ourselves unconditionally is one of the greatest things we could ever do. Having self-love lets us feel complete on the inside, and in turn, this sense of completion will affect our personality and behavior, and we will attract the right people in our life and see the world in a more positive light. People lose self-love in different ways according to different psychologists, but the common factor among all their theories is that self-loathing is something we learned, not something we were born with.We will try to identify the different signs that let you recognize that you don't love yourself. It's when we don't care enough about ourselves that we display behaviors that put ourselves at risk, that keep us from realizing our potential, and that make us actively carry negative feelings about ourselves. We will better understand the different factors that cause a person to lose self-love. It's essential to be able to identify the causes of self-loathing to create an understanding of the root of the problem. Understanding the source of the problem then leads to coming up with a better plan to solve the problem, and that applies to self-love. The more we understand why we're having this problem, the better tools we can develop to fix the problem. While the factors that contribute to this mostly start from childhood, it does not mean that they can't be fixed at any point later. Whatever we can learn can be unlearned and replaced with new knowledge. It's not likely to be as easy, but with determination and a consistent effort, we can learn to love ourselves.
