The Happy Confident Me Teen JournalThe Happy Confident Me Teen Journal helps teens build a mindset that empowers them to reach their goals. In just 5 minutes each evening, they’ll become more self-aware and self-accepting, more optimistic, resilient, and confident in their ability to succeed.

Using proven neuroscientific theories, this journal helps teenagers transform their lives by creating positive daily habits. They’ll learn the science of habits and how to exercise neural pathways for lasting change. They’ll become skilled at navigating tough emotions, learning from setbacks, and taking control of their future.

Designed for ages 12+, the journal includes 70 days of structured daily journaling. Each day features space for reflections, thoughts, doodles, or drawing. Every 10 days, a special reflection activity helps them assess progress, understand their feelings, and refocus for the next 10 days.
