Freedom from the Story is about a transformational and spiritual healing journey from overt abuse. It was written while the author was still in denial about some deeper layers of the childhood psychological abuse. New layers of awareness and healing from the more covert narcissistic abuse in childhood and adulthood occurred between this book and her next one, The Journey: A Roadmap for Self-Healing After Narcissistic Abuse.
