And against this backdrop of fear and contempt Geralt and his lover Yennefer must protect Ciri, orphaned heir and sought by all sides. Ze začátku se mi příběh nelíbil, bylo tam až moc Yennefer, kterou zas až tak moc nemusím. Nicméně jak příběh pokračovatl, bylo více Ciri, Geralta, čarodějů a jejich sněm, osamocená Ciri na poušti.. Celkově byl příběh dobrý.
