The book is written in a relational and conversationalstyle with many helpful examples, suggestions and techniques, based on theauthor's considerable experience of giving, receiving and teaching supervision. This third edition has been extensively revised and updated to reflect societalchanges and developments of the last ten years, developments withincounselling, therapy and supervision and the impact of Covid-19 pandemic onpractice.
