A great book. In my opinion, it is much better than the movie (as usual), but for the people who have already seen the movie, the book is much less confusing. It smoothly goes from one story to another through the time and space from history to the future and back. The stories itself are great but together it is a masterpiece. One really must admire the author's gift for changing the style of writing so easily between stories.
