Commercial Conveyancing applies a practical approach to arange of commercial conveyancing topics. Thecourse book introduces key organisations and sets out the underpinning landlordand tenant law. It covers key documents, including the content of commercial(FRI) leases, and highlights key regulatory matters relevant to commercialconveyancers.  Preliminary matters, including tenant references and guarantees are discussed. The law relating to when the landlord’s consent fordealings is required is described. The basic requirements of key taxes are setout, including stamp duty land tax and corporation tax on capital gains. The provisions for security of tenure under Part II Landlord and Tenant Act1954 are explained, including the provisions for opting out.
