The Adventures of Mindy and Mo: Stories to Promote Speech Sound Development

This set comprises 8 entertaining and engaging books which are written with a target sound at their core – 1 key sound per book. The books expose the child to their target sound (a sound which they are having difficulty saying and may be substituting with a different sound) through natural rhythm and good quality rhyme.

The books will enable children to join in with repeated phrases which include their target sound and also to hear their target sound repeated and spoken accurately by an adult. A key feature of the books in this series is that they follow the adventures of two children who are transported by their imaginations to exciting settings in which they encounter a challenge which they help to solve.
